SMAK-Stiks Guarantee
The SMAK-Stiks guarantee is subject to verifying the identity of the purchaser in our database. The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. The SMAK-Stiks guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from SMAK-Stiks, LLC., and is not transferable to second party purchasers. SMAK-Stiks will repair any product(s) that become damage during normal use for one year from the time of purchase. Additional charges will be incurred after one year. This EXCLUDES products used during tournaments! Our product is not meant to be used in conjunction with any head gear having a METAL face cage/grill. The welding on these face guards are typically not grinded smooth and as a result, tears the padded area. Using this type of head gear will VOID the product guarantee! Ship the damaged product back to SMAK-Stiks, LLC, plus $15.00 shipping and handling fee, and we will repair or rebuild the stick. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges required to complete the transaction in addition to any cost exceeding the $15.00 shipping and handling fee(overseas orders). It is important that you email us once the product has been mailed for return/repair.
