Order Status

If you would like to check the status of an order, click on the following e-mail link and send us a message with your order number. info@smakstiks.com. Small orders are generally shipped out 3-4 days after they are received. Please allow 3-4 weeks for case orders.

International Orders

Shipping fees are calculated and emailed after the order has been placed. This includes any insurance or additional handling fees.

International purchasers are responsible for any customs, or other fees required by your government. SMAK-Stiks, LLC., does not calculate or add such charges. International purchasers agree to pay all return shipping charges if customs rejects the product you have ordered into your country.

Returns and Exchanges

New merchandise (not taken from its plastic container) may be returned for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned with all documentation in the original container. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom or discontinued products. Videos that have been opened (shrink wrap removed) cannot be returned. Defective videos will be exchanged for the same title only.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. For all returns and exchanges, send an e-mail to: info@smakstiks.com. Include your order number, name, phone number, and what you would like to exchange or return. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with the appropriate method for filling your needs. At that time we will assign you a Return Product Code (RPC). RPCs are valid for 15 days. SMAK-Stiks, LLC.,. will not accept packages for return or exchange without the appropriate RPC.

Returns for Credit

All items returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit is given for the price of the merchandise only, less applicable restocking fees and actual shipping costs.

Retail Returns for Exchange

Items returned for exchange are not subject to a restocking fee. A handling fee of $5.00 plus actual shipping costs will be charged to the credit card used for the original order. NOTE: If an item is returned for exchange it is the buyer’s responsibility to assume the additional shipping fee(s).

Wholesale Returns for Exchange

Items returned for exchange are subject to a restocking fee, but no handling fee. Wholesale orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus actual shipping costs will be charged to the credit card used for the original order. NOTE: If an item is returned for exchange it is the buyer’s responsibility to assume the additional shipping fee(s).
