Head and eye protection must be worn at all times. Do not use if SMAK-Stiks equipment is worn or broken. A thorough examination of the SMAK-Stiks must be performed before each use. SMAK-Stiks is a professional martial arts training tool and should only be used under the supervision of a trained and certified martial arts instructor. Practice at your own risk.

SMAK-Stiks products if used under normal circumstances are safe and designed not to cause injury. They have been designed specifically to strike against padded head gear and body armor, and other SMAK-Stiks. SMAK-Stiks, LLC is not liable for any personal injuries incurred or accidental death while using the SMAK-Stiks. This includes, but is not limited to, the dangers and risks of uncontrollable strikes, falling, jumping, thrusting, and colliding with other combatants, competitors, staff and spectators.

Do not use SMAK-Stiks product if they become worm or damaged. All worn or damaged SMAK-Stiks should be returned to SMAK-Stiks, LLC for repair or replacement immediately.
